It was a Herculean task for Stuart to lose additional pounds. He had flab which gave him a pitiable figure. He gets hot under the collar whenever people disparaged him of his bad shape. I felt Stuart was lacking self confidence which reflect on his work, so I thought I should lend a helping hand. Stuart was really for adventures, he hates jog in treadmill and walking long distance, but he is captivated of the thought of water sports. I read in web that one can burn 500 to 700 calories when going for paddle boarding. I insisted Stuart to go for a Kayak which may help out him in losing his additional pounds, as well as he can get the kick that he hankered for. I helped Stuart in getting Kayak and Kayak and Outdoor Equipment. It is compulsory to get the precise paddles as you should go for the ones that suit your height and the type of paddling that you are opt to go for. Weight, size, materials all matters a lot when picking a paddle. I accompanied Stuart through his paddling sessions; I cracked jokes and lifted his spirits.
